Q: What is the distribution of funding mentioned under
RSA 194-B:11?
(Note: Statute states "Tuition payments shall coincide with the
distribution of adequacy grants under RSA 198:42 or on such
other terms as are mutually acceptable."

A: The state forward the adequacy grants to district
public schools on the follow schedule:
September 1 - 20% of yearly adequacy grant.
November 1 - 20%
January 1 - 30%
April 1 - 30%
