HB 76 Bill Text

Final Version as signed by the govenor.

CSC: HB 76 was revised from original when passed by the House. It was revised again when passed by the Senate. A committee of conference was assigned on May 11, 2006. This bill addresses direct payment of funds to charter schools. The House version of direct payment subtracts charter school funding from district state aid. The Senate version pays the funds directly from the education trust fund and does not reduce the district's state aid

Bill has been signed by the govenor. 6-22-06
