 HR Knowledge -  Here is a Massachusetts-based company that specializes in human resource management.  For a fee, HR Knowledge takes care of many of the human resource functions that the small administrative staffs in charter schools don't have the resources to dedicate to.

  CETAC Online -  (Civic Engagement Technical Assistance Center)  Provides state program administrators, local educators and the public with information on character education and civic engagement, as well as strategies that support academic goals and other reform efforts.
