3. Facility Stipend for Eligible Charter Schools
  • Gives schools more capacity for lease/buy and purchase loan repayment
  • Gives schools better conditions for low-cost borrowing
  • Requires minimal budget amount because only 4 out of 7 charter schools are in the situation (half the charter schools are in district or state space)
  • Increases ability of NH Charter Schools to participate in the federal governments 37 million Charter School Facility Program
