NH Charter School Student Application

Parents will eventually need their child's health and immunization records and transcripts or proof of grade level and residence for admission to any charter public school. Proof of residence is quite important given our charter law with a 10% cap per grade per town (without school district waiver). Click for Residency Affidavit.

NH Charter School Job Application

All personnel applying for work in a charter school will, if chosen, be required to take the Criminal History Records check and provide proof of being healthy to meet the stamina and basic requirements of any position.
