Unsolicited
Proposals
The Broad Foundation proactively seeks out investments in its
areas of interest and invites
potential grantees to apply. We are continually on the lookout for
urban school districts and
organizations doing exemplary work that aligns with our mission,
which is to dramatically
improve urban K -12 public education through better governance,
management, labor relations
and competition.
Our
proactive approach enables us to identify organizations and individuals
that are aligned with
our strategy and have a high potential to make a significant impact
in K-12 urban education.
Unsolicited proposals are rarely funded. However, interested organizations
may send a one - or
two-page letter of inquiry describing your project, organization,
estimated project cost and a
preliminary request for funding to grants@broadfoundation.org.
While the Foundation will not
acknowledge receipt of these unsolicited letters of inquiry, if
we would like more information, we
will contact you within four weeks of receipt.
